RETURNS


Any item ordered and returned will be refunded to the value of the goods purchased only. Incorrectly ordered items are the responsibility of you, the purchaser, not Salts Swadlincote. Postage and shipping charges incurred during dispatch will not be refunded if the order was, as per the accepted agreement, and the goods were to standard.

PRICING – ACCEPTANCE


All prices are deemed to be correct, however errors can and do appear. In the circumstance that a pricing error has occurred, a clear mistake in pricing, if the order has been accepted by us, will result in a cancellation and refund of the order placed, you will be notified by us accordingly. All prices include UK Vat but do not include any postage or shipping charges, these charges are to be applied at checkout, the purchaser, who accepts full understand of the terms and conditions stated in this section by clicking the ‘Accept / Submit Order’ buttons during the checkout procedure.

All images used are as representation of the products available and products are subject to variation / updating. 

Shipping charges vary for different items. Physical size, weight and delivery destination of products determine the shipping option and tariff applied at checkout.
